CHRISTMAS LIGHTING PROCESS

At Light Up The Permian Basin our customer-focused design process is the heart and soul of our business. An Experienced designer will speak with you to discuss lighting options, project budgets, and answer any questions you may have about the process.

The real excitement begins when your design consultant shows you our computer-based lighting demonstration. A photo of your home or property will serve as the canvas for your holiday lighting project. Our software allows for unlimited experimentation as you and your designer create a holiday lighting wonderland. All from the comfort of your home or convenience of your office!

Throughout the process our designers will explain any technical aspects of the project and make styling suggestions based upon their experience. We will work with you to explore the best choices for your project in order to meet any budget expectations. When necessary we will be happy to schedule a consultation after hours or during the weekends.

FROM CONSULTATION TO TAKE DOWN

  • Upon reaching out to our team, one of our lighting specialists will discuss your preferred layout, bulb colors, and budget.
  • We will obtain a photo of your home or business, and with our state of the art design software we can create a mock up of your home with your choice of bulb color(s) and patterns as well as wreaths, garlands and other decor.
  • Using our current, high resolution aerial imagery, we will obtain roof pitch and measurements to give you an accurate quote for your property. 
  • Once you have decided on the design options, we will email you a proposal detailing the cost of each option and a color coded schematic so you will have no question what options and areas will be lighted in your proposal.
  • Upon approval, we will collect a deposit and schedule your project for installation!
  • Our highly trained and insured installation teams will arrive with all of the tools and product needed to install your lighting package per our proposal.
  • After the install is completed at your property, our installation team periodically performs roaming visits throughout the peak holiday season.  If you have any lines down or bulbs out, our goal is to have this fixed before you even have to call us.
  • If for any reason you need a service call, please contact our office and one of our installation crews will be out within 48 hours to make your lighting install look good as new.  All maintenance pertaining to lights being out, lines down from wind, etc. will be covered in your holiday lighting package.
  • After the holidays, we begin removing lights and decor on January 2 and guarantee take downs by the end of January.
  • Although we do not require any contracts, we will safely store the lighting and decor in our fully insured warehouse for the remainder of the year until it is time to install them on your home or business the following season.
